Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Central Consolidated School District is thrilled to announce that the school-based health clinic at Mesa Elementary School will continue with Dr. Caitlyn Hall. Dr. Hall is a highly experienced pediatrician from Northern Navajo Medical Center with years of dedicated school-based service with the Indian Health Service (IHS).
Why a school-based clinic? Our goal is simple: make high-quality healthcare convenient for your family. By bringing medical services directly to the school, we can address your child's health needs without the hassle of you missing work or your child missing valuable class time.
Services offered include:
- Management of chronic conditions: Asthma, ADHD, allergies, and eczema
- Routine care: Sports physicals and wellness checks
- Acute care: Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
Your role as a parent: You remain at the heart of your child's healthcare. All services are provided in a safe, confidential environment, and your consent is always required before any visit. We are here to collaborate with--not replace--your child's existing primary care doctor.
Healthy students are better learners! We look forward to partnering with you to keep our kids happy, healthy, and ready to succeed.
For questions or more details, please contact your school nurse.
Warm regards,
Mesa Health Office Staff
